Cooking demos
We host regular, interactive cooking demonstrations (always with tastings!) with a focus on getting to know local farmers and artisan food producers and their produce, and cooking affordable, delicious and nutritious meals.
Each season, Andrea develops a recipe for a Willunga Farmers Market producer, which is featured in Fleurieu Living Magazine along with a profile story on the producer. This special recipe is then cooked at the farmers market, along with the opportunity to chat to the producers, buy the local produce used in the recipe, and enjoy a generous tasting. It’s a unique, regional way of bringing The Green Gourmet’s recipe development services full circle, connecting producers and shoppers in person through a deliciously nourishing recipe.
